The Balducci Estate is located in Emilia-Romagna on the  lowest foothills between Forlì and Faenza, just a short  distance from Castrocaro Terme and benefiting from the  proximity of the sea.  It extends over 31 hectares divided into two estates, CA' ROSSA and FRAMONTA,  with mostly clay soil highly suited to the production of prestige grapes and  consequently high quality wines.
	A visit to the wine-cellar of the Balducci estate means discovering the  fragrances,  colours, goodness, genuineness of the ripe fruits of Romagna where   everything is done according to tradition.  The Balducci family uses traditional methods of pickling grapes at just the right  degree of ripeness and modern enological techniques;  their wines are the proof.
